Sometimes invites can get stuck behind email servers, firewalls, VPNs, or other hindrances. Or, maybe an invite link has expired. In either case, you can easily get a new email sent to set up your password by simply requesting a password reset.
- Go to app.normative.io
- Click "Forgot password"
- Open the link in the email received and set your password as normal
- Navigate back to app.normative.io and log in
