How do I share results with others?
Once calculated, your results can be shwon in a full breakdown and exported in your in PDF format.
How do I add a new reporting period?
In the header of your dashboard you can see a dropdown list of all your reported time periods. You can also add new time periods and edit the data in the currently selected one.
How do I start over?
Sometimes, you might need to start fresh because perhaps you used the wrong company name, signed up with the wrong email address, etc. The easiest way to start over is to reach out to our support team by clicking the "Send feedback" button.
How can I compare my results to others in my industry?
Once your results are calculated, you can use our industry insights page to compare your results to other companies in your industry.
On the insights page, you can even change region and industry to compare to any and all related industries that might be of interest.
How do I invite others to work in the BCC with me?
The BCC currently only supports one user per company. You can of course still share the results with anyone and if you would need to transfer ownership to someone else within your company, reach out to the BCC support via the feedback button.
How do I report downstream scope 3 emissions?
In its current implementation, the BCC only supports calculating scope 1, scope 2, and upstream scope 3 emissions. Specifically, for the scope 3 emissions, the BCC uses spend data to calculate emissions. You can read more about the BCC methodology in this article.
I can't find an appropriate category for a type of scope 3 spend, what do I do?
The BCC only supports upstream scope 3 emissions and these have been categorised as Business travel, Transport / Freight, Materials / Inventory, Capital goods and Services. These categories are then further divided into subcategories. If you are having trouble finding an appropriate category for your expense, either select the closest fitting category, or contact support for assistance.
